At InsightKIDS, our consultants are carefully handpicked with backgrounds and training in child development, early childhood education or psychology. They are passionate and dedicated to ensuring that the young ones under their care reach their true potential.

In-house training is also conducted weekly to ensure that all our consultants are kept up-to-date with the latest developments in early childhood education, psychology and neuroscience.

Furthermore, our low student-to-teacher ratios help ensure that our consultants are able to focus on each child's thinking and learning styles as well as their developmental goals.

We also seek to develop a strong relationship with parents to further maximize each child's potential through structured and consistent collaboration and feedback. This provides motivation, addresses growth needs as well as reinforces strengths and positive behavioural traits.
